(919) 668-5580, at the prompt choose option "2" then option "2".. To assist us with scheduling your appointment please have the following information ready when you call:

1. The name and phone number of the physician requesting the Cardiac MRI exam.
   
2. The physician's reason or indication for this exam.
   
3. Your current medical insurance information.
